Le Garage is a spacious, modern and contemporary two-room apartment. The spacious 60 m2 apartment on the ground floor is located in the old center of The Hague.
Short Stay Apartment Le Garage is located in the middle of the well-known and dynamic Avenue Culinair and is known by the residents of The Hague for its many restaurants, cozy cafes with their terraces, old canals and tour boats. Also in the immediate vicinity of the apartment are all important shops and facilities that you might need during your short or long stay, such as a bakery, supermarket and drugstore.
The HS and CS train stations are within walking distance of Apartment Le Garage.
The entrance to the apartment is located on a small town square, which is lined with trees and plants. The entrance is well away from the walking route and the street.
All windows are fitted with very high soundproofing and heat-insulating triple glass.
At the front of the Short Stay apartment is a private terrace with patio furniture.
When you enter Apartment Le Garage, the first thing you will find is a spacious wardrobe.
There is a separate workplace at the front window. Here you have a view to the outside through an open or shuttered window, of your choice.
Fixed internet connection and strong Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
The dining area consists of a dining room table with four dining chairs and atmospheric dimmable lighting.
The seating area has a spacious three-seater sofa with coffee table.
The living room has a cast floor with adjustable underfloor heating.
Beautiful design lighting and various works of art make it a beautiful Short Stay apartment, where a stay for work or vacation feels like home.
The sleeping area is located at the rear of the apartment. Sound-proofing and heat-insulating triple glass has also been installed here.
The bed has a mattress of the highest quality (180 x 200) and two separate duvets of 140 x 200. The bed has two bed tables with reading lamps. All lighting, including bedside lamps, is dimmable and can also be controlled from bed.
The TV is connected to the cable.
There is a very spacious wardrobe, consisting of a laying and hanging area.
The bedroom has a parquet floor with underfloor heating, which can be controlled separately.
Bed linen is provided and is changed weekly by us.
This modern city apartment has a fully equipped kitchen consisting of a spacious refrigerator, a separate freezer with three drawers, a combi oven-microwave, a dishwasher and an induction plate with extractor hood.
Coffee and tea making facilities are provided.
Bathroom and toilet area
The bathroom has a washbasin column with mirrored wall, a walk-in shower of 80 x 190 with two automatic ventilation systems. There is ample cupboard space for toiletries. Hair dryer, towels and toilet paper are present. Towels are changed weekly by us.
Hot running water is supplied by means of an HR boiler.
The bathroom has adjustable underfloor heating.
There is a separate, very spacious toilet room with a special design. It is equipped with beautiful design lighting and an automatic extraction system.
Laundry and ironing facilities
The washer and dryer are located in a separate room, opposite the kitchen.
A drying rack and vacuum cleaner are provided, as well as ironing facilities and cleaning supplies.
Energy, light and communication:
The TV is connected to cable and there is strong Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Listening to music is possible via a bluetooth media box.
Many lighting in the apartment is equipped with automatic light switches to prevent unnecessary energy consumption. There is separate underfloor heating in the living, sleeping and bathroom areas.
You will receive a key from us for your parking. The parking is a 2-minute walk from the Short Stay apartment and is accessible 24 hours a day.
The cost of the parking is 20 Euro per day. Costs for stays longer than 7 days are on request.
Weekly cleaning for stays longer than 1 week.
Towels and bed linen are changed weekly.
